Physical activity
Our beautiful Native children need to be physically active…EVERY DAY! Our bodies are made to move. Children and youth 6-17 years old should get at least 60 minutes per day of moderate- to vigorous physical activity. To accomplish this, Native children and families also require environments that promote access to safe and healthy places to grow, play and be happy. NB3 Foundation supports Native communities working to build and/or strengthen access and promotion of physical activities and safe places to play for their children.Learn more at American Heart Association
